Dacotah Bank is sponsoring one of the benches in the Hansen Arts Park in Jamestown. Located in the heart of downtown, the arts park was added in 2008 and is located across the street from the Arts Center. The park features the Boulder Pavilion and Prairie Grass Ballet sculptures by Owen Fritts, who speaks about the inspiration of these pieces on the Jamestown Talking Trail series.

Sponsors were invited to the Arts Center on Sept. 22 to "draw" for benches. Many hand-crafted mosaic benches created by area artists sit throughout the arts park. Sharlene Kamoni represented Dacotah Bank of Jamestown at the event. Kamoni's draw was the "Dakota Ocean

Creations" bench, and the artist is Joleen Reiland-Lorenz, who used seashells from her scuba diving ventures for her theme. A metal plaque will be displayed on the end of the bench. Reiland-Lorenz created two benches; the other one is a musical theme.
