Carson City – Home At Last, a program of the Nevada Rural Housing Authority (NRHA), has awarded Michelle Piccinini the prestigious Centennial Award for her work in helping more than 100 Nevadan families obtain homeownership. Piccinini, a senior mortgage consultant with New American Funding, was surprised with the award (and a bit of fanfare) by the Home At Last team at her office.
“Piccinini very quickly utilized our program to help 100 families experience the joy of owning a home of their own,” said Diane Arvizo, NRHA Director of Homeownership Programs. “She is a dedicated partner and we’re thrilled to honor her outstanding contributions to assist the northern Nevada community.”
Piccinini combines her many years of experience in the mortgage banking industry with the unique options Home At Last provides when leading her clients down their path to homeownership.
“Home At Last is a perfect option for many of my clients when it comes to making their home financing decisions,” Piccinini said. “I am a firm believer in offering the most competitive pricing, and having Home At Last in my tool belt allows me to provide my clients just that.”
